Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Carefully place the ring in its original HALO luxury packaging to ensure it is protected during transit and include the packing slip.
Affix the Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
